Pennar’s Pre-engineered and factory finished building capabilities have been drawn from years of experience. The system consists of elegant lattice-type portals made of cold formed profiles or portals of plate girder construction. Roofing and side-cladding are made of galvanized/galvalume colour-coated steel sheet profiles as per customer’s specifications.

The roofing and side-cladding sheets are fixed to cold formed steel purlins and runners using self-drilling and self-tapping screws with integral GI/neoprene washers. Elegant ridges and trims are functionally designed, aesthetically constructed and factory finished. Insulation with fibre glass blanket or polyurethane foam can be provided as per customer’s choice
