Mr. Aditya Rao is the Managing Director and Vice Chairman for Pennar Industries. He has been instrumental in growing the company's revenue and profitability over the past four years. He has worked on creating and implementing the company's growth strategy, organisation structure, controls and team building. His mandate is to create a perpetual growth company with business units that continually scale revenue and profitability along with rigorous risk management controls. His current stated priorities for the company are an improvement in the company's market capitalisation backed with a continuation of consistent, sustainable EPS growth.

Mr. K Lavanya Kumar Rao has more than three decades of experience in the areas of law, construction, corporate affairs and liaising with statutory authorities. He graduated in Law from Kakatiya University. Mr. Kumar joined Pennar Group in 1987

Dr. V S Parthasarathy has over 37+ years of rich experience wherein he has successfully led businesses, functions, organization transformations and over 125 M&A transactions.

He started his career with Modi Xerox and rose to a position of Associate Director, serving across multiple positions and locations.  In Mahindra Group, where he served more than two decades, his last role was as the President of Mobility Services Sector. Prior to that, he was the Group CFO & Group CIO for seven years. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Mahindra Group Executive Board and been on the board of several listed companies.

Ms. Virginia Sharma recently joined Google to lead Cloud marketing for India, after 8 years in business leadership roles in consumer technology companies like JioSaavn and LinkedIn, and 15 years of Enterprise Tech at IBM in a variety of global and regional marketing leadership roles. Virginia successfully defended her doctoral thesis crisis leadership and gender identity in late February 2022. Virginia became one of the top 10% of sales leaders at Linkedin in just 3 years, in her first sales leadership role. She is also credited with transforming the JioSaavn Brand Solutions business, delivering double digit growth through the pandemic with a 100% remote sales and servicing team.

Virginia is a member of the Global Advisory Board for UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce. She was the first chairperson for the Marketing Society India Chapter. I am also the first Indian leader to become a Marketing Academy Fellow delivered by McKinsey and Co. The Fellowship is only awarded to high performing marketing leaders who are on the CEO or Board track.

Mr. RVS Ramakrishna is Graduate in Engineering in Chemical Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He started his career with Coromandel Fertilisers Limited, Visakhapatnam as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. He was awarded the PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1982 and then joined ITW Signode India Limited as Area Sales Executive based at Jamshedpur.

Mr. Eric James Brown is a Graduate of the University of Hawaii, Management Information Systems Department. He has more than 30 years of experience in M&A activities, strategic planning and implementing global IT solutions throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle Eastern regions. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pennar Global, Inc., Headquartered in Houston, Texas.
