We have a non-exclusive technical know-how license arrangement with NCI Group, Inc., an
established player in the United States’ metals buildings market, for supply of standing seam
roofing panel system in India under the brand name ‘Double Lok®’. We are one of the few
companies that offer leak-proof roofing systems in India.

Steel – the Green metal:
Steel is the basic material that is used in the construction of a pre engineered building. The usage of steel negates the usage of concrete and cement to a great extent thus mitigating any harmful effects associated with them.
Moreover steel has a substantial amount of recycled content in it. The metal roof and wall panels used by Pennar Industries have at least 25 % recycled content in them. They are also 100 % recyclable in the future after the building has lived its life. The other major advantages of steel is that it has lower life cycle cost as it is easier to maintain.
Pennar Industries’s design codes and engineering software are by far, the most advanced and
efficient in the industry. By adopting the latest globally-accepted procedures, the Company is
aiming to achieve newer heights in effectiveness.
Engineering Facility
Our design facility, located at Pennar Towers, Whitefields, Kondapur, Hyderabad, is home to a highly experienced and qualified engineering team. Equipped with advanced engineering platforms, the team delivers comprehensive design and detailing solutions tailored to our building projects.
Manufacturing Facility
Pennar Industries operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Sadashivpet, Velchal, Telangana and Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. Together, these facilities span a built-up area of 54,000 square meters and have a combined production capacity of 156,000 MT per annum. They are equipped with high-precision CNC machinery to manufacture and supply high-quality steel buildings.
